What are your payment methods?
We use Worldpay RBS and paypal, which can be used by anyone all over the world who has a credit or debit card and an email address. It's simple to use just fill in your name, address, email and card details and that's it. The payment will automatically be taken out of your account. It is a very secure way of sending money on-line and as soon as the transaction has been completed you will receive receipt e-mail from us.


What other payment methods do you accept?

I have seen a particular item in the press, but it is not available on the website, will you be getting any more in and if so can I order one?
If a particular item is not available on the website it will probably not be re-produced again, if it is to be produced again it may be produced again in a different leather or fabric. However, please e-mail us we might have something left in stock for you or let you know about the particular item you have seen.


Can I return my item if I am not fully satisfied?
We hope you to be delighted with your Rachael Hannah product. However, if you are not completely happy with your goods then you may return them providing they are received by us within 7 working days of receipt. The goods must be unused and unmarked. Do you loan items for press/magazine shoots?
We are happy to loan specific items or advice on suitable pieces for articles/photo shoots.

Do you have a printed catalogue?
Yes we do have look books available, if you would like us to send you one just drop us an e-mail with your name and address.

Where are your leathers and materials sourced from?
All the leather we use is soured from a very well established leather company based in London, they source all their leathers mainly from Italy and all their leather is a bi-product of the food industry.

Where are all the handbags made?
All our handbags are made by hand in a family run handbag factory based in London.
