Postage costs:
All items are sent out via special delivery which means they
require a signature when they arrive at there destination. This
is a standard cost of £6.00.
Once an order has been placed we aim to despatch your item within
1-3 working days. You will receive a dispatch e-mail which will
include a tracking number and estimated arrival date (usually
the next working day).
European postage costs:
This is a standard cost of £8.00: expected time of delivery
from the order being placed is between 3-5 working days.
International postage costs: This is a standard cost of £15.00:
expected time of delivery from the order being placed is between
7-10 working days.
Returns Procedure
UK Returns:
The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full
and accompany the item you wish to return within 7 days of receipt
of goods.
Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds
or exchanges. Products should be returned in the same condition
as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and
tags attached.
Please take care when unpacking & repacking. We cannot be held
responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please also note that you are responsible for taking all to
care to ensure the items are received in good condition and
not damaged in transit.
We recommend that you send by registered or special delivery
post & retain proof of posting.
Returns:
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one - two weeks
after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who
have paid by credit card or debit card through paypal will have
their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third
party.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.
Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days.
If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
Post and packaging costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.
In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
International Returns
Rachael Hannah Handbags operates an international return service.
All terms and conditions above apply; the form enclosed with
your order must be completed in full and accompany the item
you wish to return within 14 days for orders from international
countries. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing
any refunds or exchanges.
Please pack the merchandise securely in the original shipping
package and send it back using the enclosed pre-addressed mailing
label. Please be sure to include the Return Form in your package.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your
request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched
within seven working days.
